Weekend in town

Spent the weekend in town just to give the kids a different experience…

Also visited the KL Bird Park which is near the KL Botanical Garden…

Just like the National Zoo, it is not cheap. It costs rm27 per adult (with MyKad) and rm13 per child (with MyKid). But for a one-off experience, it is still a decent price to pay.

There are lots of birds to see and you can actually get very close to some of them. The park is quite big and well maintained. Even a quick walk around the place can take easily 1.5 hours. But seriously, if you want to visit the KL Bird Park, plan to at least spend 3-4 hours here. It is a fun and relaxing place.

But I have to comment about the “free complimentary drink”. It isn’t really “free” since we were told by the restaurant that we need to order something to actually claim the drink. Oh well…
